I can honestly say that I never knew how much quality and timely customer service meant to me until I had an animal scratching in my bedroom wall at 1am! I turned to Google, found Kyle’s company, and send a message! I was pleasantly surprised when he returned my email promptly at 6am and was here to inspect and solve my issue same day. What a relief! Kyle is extremely knowledgable, a great communicator (he even messaged to check-in afterwards to ensure we were satisfied and that the wild intruder was gone) and we’ve used him since to assess other areas of potential pest access in our home. In the past I’ve called a bigger company and was shocked at their pricing. Kyle’s pricing is fair and he really goes above and beyond to make the customer happy (and relieve any anxiety that a wild animal could chew into my room at night)! What a great guy and amazing service! We reached out first thing in the morning on a Saturday, and Kyle called us right away and came to our place in the afternoon. He did a thorough inspection, found the issue, customized a one-way door and installed it (on our chimney no less!) in an hour. He repaired the damage inflicted by the wildlife to gain entry. He will return to remove the one way doors and put in a permanent shield once the raccoon family relocates.
